Individuals who are further along in therapy and working on reinforcement of skills

Focused work on developing specific skills or addressing particular challenges such as stress management, communication, or emotional regulation.
90 Minute Sessions

Complex trauma or developmental trauma, dissociative and panic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Extended sessions allow for adequate preparation, implementation of techniques, emotional processing, and grounding before the session concludes for certain therapeutic modalities.

The appropriateness of extended sessions can be explored during your initial consultation to determine the format that best supports your treatment goals and clinical needs.
What to expect:
This is available for clients who would benefit from in-depth, evidence based therapeutic work when standard sessions may be insufficient.
50 Minute Sessions
What to expect:
An in-depth therapy experience; The most commonly recommended session length for new clients going through emotional processing.
